What Is Possible?

Rather than tell you what is possible, I thought it would be more useful if I told you what LASS procedures I have performed.

Operations I have performed using LASS include:

• Polyp removal
• Balloon sinuplasty - frontal (forehead), maxillary (cheek) pressure symptoms
• Inferior turbinate reduction for nasal congestion
• Maxillary antrostomy for infections or pressure
• Ethmoidectomy - anterior and posterior
• DCR (dacryocystorhinostomy) for watery eye
• Limited septal surgery
• Sphenopalatine artery ligation for recurrent nose bleeds
• Nasal cautery

As you are probably aware, I perform some quite advanced sinus operations. Since the more complex operations tend to take longer, I do not think they would be suitable for LASS.

I can say with absolute confidence that completeness of LASS was not limited by pain, bleeding or coughing in any of my patients, and testimonials from patients I have treated will back that up.
